Your child will be Safe and Sound.

Security at Town & Country is a number one priority.  Our centers are designed with many state of the art safety systems.

All centers have center-wide camera systems in place allowing the corporate office and the director of each center visual access at all times to each classroom and all common areas, inside and out.

All centers are secure and remain locked throughout the day.  Families and staff have access to the center using security key tabs.  At any given time, a key tab may be instantaneously de-programmed by administration.  For instance, if a key tab is reported as lost, Town & Country is able to de-program the key tab so no one other than current families and staff are allowed access.

Children are checked in/out at the reception area by parents using a computerized system.  Our system generates attendance records informing administration which children are attending at any given day and time.
 
Outdoor playgrounds have secure fencing with child-safe gates.  Playgrounds are regularly inspected for safety by an outside company specializing in playground safety for schools. 

No one other than parents and the alternate pick up person(s) listed on the Emergency Medical Care Form may pick-up your child.  If you would like someone else to pick-up your child, you may fill out an Child’s Alternate Pick-Up Form and submit it to the director.  The person picking up your child must provide a photo ID.
