What are Town & Country’s hours of operation?
Town & Country is open 52 weeks per year, Monday through Friday, from 6:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Are there enrollment fees?
There is a $50 registration fee per family. There is not a deposit, but a one-week tuition pre-payment due in order to enroll your child. The one-week tuition pre-payment will be used toward your child’s last week of enrollment.
How is tuition submitted?
Parents may choose either weekly EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or to receive a monthly invoice for the following month’s service.
Are there any discounts?
A 10% discount is extended to families submitting full tuition for two or more full time children. A 10% discount is extended to families submitting full tuition for two or more part time children on the lower tuition rate.
What is the vacation policy?
After being enrolled for a full year, full time children receive two-weeks of vacation during which tuition will not be required and the child may not attend the center.
Is financial assistance available?
Yes - Town & Country will assist families who wish to participate in the Care4Kids program. Town & Country also participates in local School Readiness programs which may offer assistance to families enrolling preschool age children in the center’s community.
Is Town & Country a safe and secure environment?
Absolutely. All entrances remain locked throughout the day. Parents and staff have security key tabs allowing access to the center. The corporate office and directors also have access to video monitoring throughout the centers at all times.
Who is able to pick up my child?
Only parents may pick up their child or they may authorize others. Alternate Pick-Up persons will need a photo ID to verify identity.
May I visit the center during the day?
Yes – parents and primary family members are welcome to visit the center. It is important for a child’s family to meet and know their child’s teachers and friends.
How does the center maintain a clean and healthy environment for children?
Town & Country sets and adheres to high standards of cleanliness. Disinfecting solutions are used on diaper changing stations for each diaper change. Bathrooms are disinfected on a regular basis. Toys are washed regularly.
Does Town & Country administer non-prescription and prescription medication to children?
Yes – at the parent’s request, with proper documentation. See the Parent Handbook for policies and procedures. Forms are available on the website.
What are the education levels of Town & Country teachers?
Town & Country teachers are Pediatric First Aid / CPR certified. Teachers must possess a CDA (Child Development Associate) certificate or be enrolled in a program. All teachers must complete approximately 20 hours of Professional Development each year.
Preschool teachers have a minimum of 12 Early Childhood Education college credits.
What type of communication will I have with the center regarding my child?
Each morning at drop off, parents have the opportunity to speak with a teacher and transfer important information regarding their child. Parents are welcome to call the center and check in on their child during the day. Parents go home with a Daily Contact Sheet which outlines their child’s activities for the day.
